EY (Ernst & Young )
EY + IBM Watson Cognitive Solutioning
EY (Ernst Young) partnered with IBM to deploy a cognitive solution that set their team apart from competition. Using IBM's Watson Explorer and search technology, EY was able to make a specific database for their internal team, used for the Due Diligence process run internally.
UX Designer for EY Watson Cognitive Solution
As the UX Designer on the team, I worked diligently to understand the platform and how we would integrate Watson Explorer into such a place.
I created a UX map for all EY employees to seamlessly gage what IBM Watson was creating for their internal system. During this project, I worked with the finance and strategy team both at EY and IBM to create an output for this Due Diligence Process that could be shared as a communication internally as well as externally for business.
Project Details
This project mapping spanned for 3 weeks. It was presented intnerally to EY to be developed into a dashboard 2 weeks later.

EY UX Flow
While working with both the IBM and EY team, we created a map to look at the phases of the Transaction Diligence process. This clarified each step of the process clearly.
From here, I was able to detail out each part of the process visually by taking it into a dashboard.
See below.
UX Map for EY TAS Watson Cognitive Solution
This project task was to create a high-level map that would demonstrate a vision for an internal EY tool that would utilize Watson's technology to organize and advance data of EY clients.
By sitting in on business strategy meetings and understanding the pain points and current status of the situation, I was able to create a map of a dashboard that we developed as a team vision.
This portal would allow an EY employee to login and access all information relevant to him/her all in one place. By a search or a tap into a specific sector of the client, this would consolidate everything to an easy-to-navigate tool.
